Faith and Patience

Samir Shah (India, 08/09/08)

Om Sai Maa

Mind and matter. Space and objects. Blank page and writing. Thought and word/deed...the list is endless, encompasses everything.

Living-dead, animate-inanimate, natural-manmade, abstract-material....

One is passive, the other is reactive.

The passive is always huge in size, infinite (immeasurable) and subtle while the active is defined, measured, obvious.

The active relates to that which is sensed by the five senses.

The passive is that which is "FELT" by senses beyond the five, which are as subtle and undefinable as everything passive is.

Where the limits of five (touch, taste, sight, hearing and smell) senses end, the passive senses abound.

All matter is composed of five (earth, water, fire, sky, and air) elements.

What remains is that which is passive. Both as in non-matter and non-sense.

With all the science and development it has not been possible to understand the non-matter, non-sense.

However, their existence cannot be denied.

The conflicts start when one tries to fathom/define/identify/interpret the beyond, the non-matter, the non-sense with the senses and the elements.

The only way to deal with them is "Faith and Patience".

That's where God comes into Being.

Om Sai Ram.
