Reflection
I see my reflection… In my aging parents.
They’ve grown so old.
The mirror tells me It’s time to age Gracefully…
If I look ugly, There’s one consolation My hubby will always Love me.

Togetherness
Over the years We’ve grown Together… He says: He loves me More than Ever…
I don’t know What love is.
I say, I need him... Just as ever!
Stranger
Walking on the Streets of Leigh-on-Sea, I think about my Identity back at Home, that gives me Some solace and Security… For here, I’m A stranger, Just as every Person is a Stranger To me.
(Poetry themed on Obscurity)
Partiality
It’s a weird world. You kill thousands Of people, win the War, come back Home. You are Hailed a hero.
You kill one person In your personal enmity. You are branded A murderer.
It’s amazing How we ‘humans’ Killers of so many Animals for food And science, Judge one another As per our lop-sided Self-serving, laws of The land.
(Poem themed on Laws)
Grudges
Life is too short To bear grudges They say.
But I wonder… Why life makes you Struggle so much That you have Grudges.
Wish life was one Sweet sailing… With happy memories And no grudges.
